Kennel Assistance - Weekend and full time positions are available

We are an established, upscale doggie day care, boarding and training facility located in Charles City, VA. We are looking for reliable, outgoing, energetic and hardworking personalities that are interested in long-term employment. We are hiring staff that want to help build and expand our business.
We are looking to hire a few people who are:
Reliable, punctual, trustwor! thy and hard working
Possess excellent customer service sk! ills
Take pride in offering the highest levels of care and service
Desire to learn more about pet care, dog behavior and/or training
Able to work some holidays and weekends
Able to meet all physical requirements of the job, be able to lift 50 lbs + and able to stand/ walk/push/pull/reach/ stoop for 8 hours
Willing to work a flexible shift schedule (Shifts are 6:00am-2:00 pm and 12:00 pm-8:00 pm)
Love dogs, cats and animals in general
Are comfortable with dogs of all sizes
Have reliable transportation
Have prior experience in the pet care industry
Prior grooming, training or customer service experience is a plus!
20 years of age or older
Responsibilities will include:
Caring for dogs and cats
Cleaning pet enclosures and facility
Feeding and medicating pets
Exercising and playing with dogs
Other general animal care and customer service tasks
Bathing and grooming of dogs (will train, if ! needed)
