Our Ashburn office is currently accepting resumes for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our rapidly growing IT staffing team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with proven experience in an agency staffing setting. An exceptional ability to network with and build valuable relationships with both candidates and clients is required for this position.

This is a growth oriented role within an office experiencing rapid expansion. This position will be a stepping stone into sales or a leadership oriented roles if so desired.
Responsibilities:
 Source, schedule and interview candidates b! y phone and in person
 Post and monitor jobs internally and externally
 Prepare and present viable candidates to our clients based on detailed job descriptions
 Check employment references
 Schedule and prepare candidates for interviews
 Manage the job offer process including maintaining constant contact with candidates and extending offers
 Maintain thorough and accurate documentation on all conversations with candidates
 Build a database of candidates with whom you have a relationship with
 Understand technology and current market trends
Qualifications:
 Bachelorâs degree in relevant area such as Technology, Management, Marketing or Human Resources
 Local recruiting experience highly desired
 Ability to consistently meet or exceed goals and deadlines
 4+ years of senior level information technology recruiting experience
! Â Agency recruiting experience for Fortune 500 clients preferred
 Experience developing consultative relationships with candidates, clients and management
 Experience developing a pipeline recruitment strategy for re-occurring and forecasted recruitment needs
