Customer Service Representative/Call Center Representative [United States]


 

Locally Remote within Washington DC Metro area (must live in one of these states: Virginia, Maryland or District of Columbia)

Due to the needed security clearance, US Citizenship (or) Green Card Holder with at least 3 years U.S. Residency after getting the green card required.

  • Respond to consumer phone call and email related to vehicle safety recalls, publications and other matters. Log calls and emails into ticketing system.
  • Perform accurate data entry of vehicle safety complaints into database.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma. Some college preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years Contact Center Customer Service experience.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to resolve complex customer inquiries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Must be able to must obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance.

Shift may be varied based on call volumes and staffing availability.
