Job Responsibilities:
Answer phones, order processing, print shipping labels, update tracking information, helping customer solve technical issues, RMA processing, document filing. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, include Word, Excel. Experience with call center is a plus. Will be using quickbooks.
We are looking for someone who is RELIABLE, will show up on time, will work at a quick pace, is accurate, is very detailed, ORGANIZED, being sensitive to the numbers, and will not grow complacent and be able to handle tough situation over the phone.
Our business is growing quickly and we need someone who can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be able to assist our team at a moment's notice. Along with excellent work and communication skills, we desire someone with a great personality that will get along with our coworkers and customers. Must work well with others.
Request:
Must be fluent in English, Spanish speaking is plus.
Call center experience is plus.
Must have own commuter.

2 years customer service experience required.
This is a full time job, Monday - Friday, bonus included
