- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Answer the phone and possess excellent phone etiquette
- Manage online, phone and walk-in reservations
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Inform guests about payment methods, take payment and post charges to appropriate accounts
- Anticipate and address guest's needs
- Respond to guest’s complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- General bookkeeping to maintain accurate hotel records
- Weekend availability is a MUST
