Ella Homes is looking for a full time insurance sales manager position to help with the following tasks:
You would be our point of contact for all insurance related. You will manage our relationship with temporary housing company agents and promote Ella Homes. You will help us maintain existing agents and expand our database to have more temp housing agents.
- Sending out weekly available houses to our contacts
- Follow up with any inquires a and keep in touch with our contacts
- Study and understand each of the house, so you can explain the selling points of each house to our contact points and our potential customers.
- Proactively working with the temporary housing company staff to build a good working relationship with them and selling Ella Homes as premier temporary housing solutions.
- Help with listing the houses on different platform.
- Help with showing the house to our customers.
- Help with contract, daily guests’ communications, and work with our team to ensure our customers are happy and any concern will be addressed quickly.
Your qualifications
- We are looking for a hungry person who looks to grow with us. You would need to essentially to be on call and be super responsive to inquiries from partner and customers. You would need to be artfully maintain relationship with our partners to gain new business. You do not have clock in and clock out mentality.
- You should have sale experience and be really good at selling. Bonus if you have real estate and temporary housing experiences
- You would have to be local here in LA metro area
- You would need a car to go around
- You have to be a native speaker
- You must be great at customer service and people person. You have to keep in touch and stay close with all of our contacts
- Really good at keep details and follow up with all the issues until they get resolved
- You are very knowledge about the different areas of LA metros such as school, hospital, how the neighborhood feels, entertainment options
- You are good at cold calling and sales in general.
- You should have sales experience
Compensation
- 4000 per month with incentive
- Salary adjustment possibly within 6 months if you are doing well
- We can also pay for the mileage
