Position: Claims Intake Specialist
Responsibilities:
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Accurate Data Collection: Gather detailed information from clients, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded in our claims management system.
- Policy Verification: Verify the policy coverage for each claim.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of claims intake, including all relevant documents and communication.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, mangagement, and attorney to facilitate efficient and seamless claims processing.
- Adherence to Regulations: Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies during the claims intake process.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze claim issues and provide appropriate guidance and support to resolve inquiries effectively.
- Timely Response: Respond promptly to claimant inquiries and follow up on outstanding documentation or additional information required for claim processing.
Requirements:
