JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of MFLC Operations works with the Director, MFLC Program, MHN Government Services (MHN GS) in direct support of the MFLC Program to ensure that all Department of Defense (DOD) contracted MFLC task orders achieve the goals and standards required. This position is responsible for day-to-day operations including staffing and supervision all placements, implementation, and achievement of client expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates DOD initiatives instructions with Service branch and installation specific programs to optimize and improve the delivery of services to all locations.
Ensures that customer management relationships with the Military Base Commanders and Family Services agencies are created and maintained.
Achieves regional and operational customer service requirements across all programs.
Directs and leads a field staff of clinical managers and supe! rvisors with knowledge of each service and all programs. Managers/Supervisors are responsible for virtual supervision of deployed consultants in geographically dispersed global locations and resolution of installation issues in accordance with DOD and service level directives.
Identifies program initiatives beyond the scope of the current contracts. Works closely with the Director of Clinical Programs

the Manager of Government Contracts, and Administrative Division of MHN-GS to support the day-to- day program operations, changes or task orders; interfaces with all Directors and Managers to ensure on time delivery of services to all locations to reflect operational requirements. Collaborates with clients and international departments to insure smooth implementation and operation of new tasks and directives.

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or eq! uivalent work experience
Certification/License:

Providing d
irection of numerous employees in various settings and geographically diverse areas.
Eperience working in a large matrix reporting system.
Experience working as management liaison of large client.
Collaborative communicator and problem solver who understands the quality improvement process.
Familiarity with the military system/settings/hierarchy preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Thorough understanding of the Military
System and DOD contract management requirements and interfaces which support the family support mission of the Department of Defense
Exhibit a clear understanding of performance-based contract goals and standards
Knowledge of the Government contracting processes and guidelines
Demonstrates leadership competencies as defined in the Health Net Director and Above Competency Model
