For detail informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. SRA is seeking an experienced Capture Manger to join our Health Group in support of our expanding business.
As our newest Capture Manger, you wi! ll:
- Position SRA for winning new business through capture activities and solution architecture
- Perform strategic capture planning and proposal leadership, including participation in all phases of the business capture lifecycle.
- Work with Health Group leadership to establish win strategies, develop capture and proposal plans, support development of competitive pricing strategies, and develop execution strategies to assist program teams during execution.
- Provide advice for teaming, solution development, staffing, and pricing in support of the overall bid strategy.
- Ensure the capture team evolves the strategy, plans and risks required to make informed decisions at Bid Board reviews.
- Work with lead originator and appropriate Business managers to assure the customer perspective is maintained and developed.
- Capture lessons learned to help improve future capture and proposal efforts.
- Work with capture ! and proposal teams to develop execution plans to help transiti! on to the program team after award. Required: Degree Bachelors Required: Basic Qualifications -10+ years of professional experience
- Experience working within HHS preferred, with specific experience in a business growth role (capture, business development).
- Experience developing and managing the implementation of IT or non-IT solutions for Federal customers
- In-depth experience with Industry-Standard business development, capture and proposal processes
- Experience in a leadership position over a broad range of teams and customers
- Majority of experience should be for Federal Government agencies
- Proven experience capturing large prime opportunities
- Outstanding written and oral communications skills, including ability to engage potential customers in a manner that leaves a favorable impression of the company and the value we provide.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring coordination and colla! boration with coworkers, teaming partners, leverage teams, and company leadership.
- Proven experience with the Federal Government procurement process and an understanding of Government contracts.
