and residential facility, is located in Petersburg, Virginia, 20
minutes south of Richmond and 50 minutes north! of North Carolina.
Situated on 25 acres, our serene, nature-like setting offers our
patients a sense of calmness and peace. For more than 30 years Poplar
Springs Hospital has been guided by its mission of helping those who
need the full continuum of behavioral services. Our facility offers
behavioral and psychological treatment for adults and adolescents
through our acute programs, adolescent residential programs, sexually
abusive youth services, as well as programs for active duty military.
Poplar Springs Hospital is seeking an
energetic, driven professional to join our management team. The
position is responsible for the nursing and administrative oversight
of our acute program. This individual will ensure program
development, effective staff supervision and excellent patient care.
This is an excellent career development opportunity
for someone with a proven management background (min 2 years) and
lice! nsed as a Registered Nurse.
Hours: Hours may v! ary but
generally 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8AM and 5PM.
Requirements
Regis tered Nurse with two years previous psychiatric
management experience required. MSN preferred.
