SUMMARY:
Travel within regions to branch offices providing necessary training and instructional assistance to branch office personnel and management to enhance the efficiency of office administration. Monitor compliance of existing company office policies and procedures. Implementing new systems and/or equipment in each business unit and instructing Branch office personnel in their use. Assist in converting acquisitions and branch splits to ensure a smooth transition into operation under established company office policies and procedures.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct STAR Administrative Training classes for all new branch office employees.
- Provide all Mission system training at the Division/Region/Branch level.
- Assist in administrative training of all ACCEL management candidates.
- Maintain interpersonal communication, i.e. Vice President of Administration, Analyst Manager, Division ! Vice President, Regional Manager, Regional Accountant, Regiona! l Technical Specialist, Branch manager and branch administrative staff, and ensure effective communication of projects, training, branch issues, and data analysis.
- Audit cash variance reports, Terminix bank reconciliation and deposit discrepancies.
- Verification of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance relating to all branch administrative functions.
- Verification of all Terminix Policies and Procedures compliance relating as it relates to branch administrative functions.
- Review branch reports, i.e. pest control and termite control accounts receivable aging, delinquent accounts, suspend/bad debt reports.
- Monitor collection efforts and assist with improvements where necessary.
- Perform complete branch administrative audits, give feedback/instruction and monitor progress through regular follow-up.
- Assist in the due diligence and conversion of acquisitions.
- Provide administrative assistance during branch splits.
- Provide instructional assistance with equipment upgrades and systems modifications.
- Involvement and rollout of new company-wide initiatives as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Associates (A.A.) or Bachelorâs degree (B.A.) from 2 â" 4 year college or university; or one to two yearsâ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the pest control industry.
- Ability to read, analyze, and inter! pret general business documents, maintenance instructions, procedure manuals or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals, groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Must maintain a valid driverâs license from the State of residence.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructi! ons furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Must be computer literate and have basic understanding of Internet, e-mail processes, software applications, and basic computer hardware. Must have experience with Office applications including Microsoft Excel.
