This position is part of a larger employee service team and is responsible for the full-range of payroll processing ! activities, to include:
- Payroll editing;
- Automated time processing;
- Tax processing;
- Adjustments;
- Leave processing;
- Employment verifications;
- Audit; and
- Customer service related to the payroll function.
Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
Qualifications:
Must have superior communication and customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems. Experience with the Ellucian SCT Banner system, or an equivalent in-house system is preferred; as well as experience working in a high-volume payroll office environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
