DUTIES
Job responsibilities include:
- Primary contact at the center for new clients explaining in greater detail the Hair Club system, and generating enthusiasm to accept the initial application
- Client relationship management - educating clients on products, services and programs, as well as ensuring all client benefits are honored
- Achieving monthly receivables goals
- Upgrading client programs to meet client and Company goals.
Ideal candidates possess the following:
- Strong, persuasive selling skills
- Results oriented with a proven track record
- Numbers driven and goal oriented
- Great customer service skills
- P! rofessional appearance and positive, winning attitude
- Minimum 2 + years of sales experience
- Previous sales experience selling intangibles, weight loss, dating industry or cosmetic enhancement fields
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) - can articulate key selling points, benefits and features while meeting customer needs and expectations
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Can quickly assess a problem and determine an amicable solution.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
