Seeking organized, flexible, and dependable individual for supervisory position with a progressive nonprofit agency serving adults with intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities include staff scheduling and supervision, oversight of the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans and positive behavioral support strategies, compliance with all applicable licensure and government requirements; knowledge of case management, Medicaid Waiver, handling crisis ! situations; ability to communicate effectively, implement poli! cies and procedures, and work independently. All records/ documentation are maintained electronically . Previous professional experience that demonstrates an ability to work effectively in the fast paced environment of 24-hour residential services desired. Bachelor's degree in human services with 3 years experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities including supervisory experience or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. Knowledge of electronic documentation systems helpful. Salary annual equivalent $32,500+ Valid Virginia driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Please call for agency application.
