Proposal Coordinator

Further informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. Do you have experience supporting proposal development for a Federal contractor? We are looking to add a talented Proposal Coordinator to our team! In this role, you will provide support in propo! sal graphics design, as well as document writing, editing and proofreading.
Responsibilities:
Support the proposal team to produce professional, well written, visually appealing proposals in a fast-paced environment.
Design graphics in Adobe InDesign for proposal documents and marketing collateral.
Develop charts and graphs in Excel and MS Project and integrate them into proposal and marketing documents.
Write, edit and proofread sections of proposal to ensure quality, consistency, compliance and visual appeal.
Qualifications:
1+ years of proposal experience working with a Federal contractor.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on grammar, style and spelling.
Expert level experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator.
Ability to organize and carry out complex tasks simultaneously under tight deadlin! es.
Ability to interact and communicate clearly with inter! nal clients to determine their visual communication needs, ideas and concepts from start to finish.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
