This position will report to the Business Services Manager. CARFAX's Business Service Call Center is a centralized corporate Inbound and Outbound center serving over 25,000! customers throughout North America. As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the first telephone contact for our valued customers.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
Respond to Inbound calls from customers within established guidelines. Explain complex information about CARFAX products and services.

Up-sell CARFAX products and services to customers.

Identify and solve customer issues by differentiating between important and unimportant detail

Document activities performed on customers’ accounts using CARFAX’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.

Check Business Services’ voice messaging system every 15 minutes and take appropriate follow up action.

Consistently check and reply to customer email inquiries received within 15 minutes.

Distribute manual and electronic correspondences received via CARFAX’s CRM management application every 15 minutes.

Efficiently pe! rform telephone and non-telephone tasks simultaneously.
Interact with team members, including management from other departments, in a professional manner.

Solicit customer feedback and forward their concerns to the appropriate departments.

Qualification Requirements:
Must be able to work the hours 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Education: High School diploma.

The equivalency of two years hands-on experience in a call center environment or related work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in using various office applications simultaneously. Able to prioritize and multi-task numerous inquiries to their completion.

Detail oriented. Meet tight deadlines with strict attention to details.
