Job Description
This position is responsible for being instinctive while dealing with guests, taking food and beverage orders, delivering food and cash handling. This position reports to the Director of Outlets and outlet supervisors and works with the whole team to ensure flawless service in an upscale casual environment. This position is also designed to be cross-utilized in the department so candidates should embrace the multifaceted nature of the role.
Requirements
To reach one's potential in this position; candidates must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the food and beverage industry. Candidates with a degree in hospitality would be given priority consideration. We are looking for someone who is flexible in their availability for days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Candidates must be able to stand and walk for u! p to 4 hours at a time, lift up to
30 pounds on a regular ! and continuous basis and be able to communicate in the prevailing language; English and have basic computer skills. Candidates must also be at least 18 years of age; 21 if you are pouring alcohol.
